CHARMS Music Management Information
CHARMS is our online data management program, which is primarily used for communication with students parents. Parents are asked to keep information current and log on to CHARMS for important information. CHARMS is a secure site, and information is not shared with third parties. Our CHARMS site includes:

Please note: When updating your personal information, there are many options available which we will not use for our purposes. We only ask that each family provide the following information:
- Contact information for student and parents
- Inventory Control
- Recording studio and other musical tools
To access CHARMS
- Go to www.charmsoffice.com
- Click on ENTER/LOGIN
- Type our school code: RiceMSBand
- Enter your password, which is your 6-digit student ID number the first time you log in. You will be asked to designate a new password when you access CHARMS the first time. Please note that the password you have selected cannot be seen by the directors or any other person. If you forget your password, the directors can only reset your password to your child's student ID number.
- Update your personal information. Note that you may add additional tabs for parent information.
